These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Leopard Glamping to customers  booking wildlife tours through the Leopard Glamping. Please read this Agreement carefully before booking a tour. By booking a tour with the Leopard Glamping, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Tour Booking

1.1.Customers may book wildlife tours through the Leopard Glamping website, by phone, or through authorized agents. 1.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including personal details, tour preferences, and any special requirements.

2. Payment

2.1. In certain cases, Customers may have the option to make payment directly to an authorized agent of the Leopard Glamping.

2.2. Accepted payment methods when meeting an agent may include cash or credit/debit cards (Visa/Master)

3. Tour Itinerary and Changes

3.1. Leopard Glamping will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the tour itinerary and provide the services as described. However, the Leopard Glamping may modify the itinerary or substitute services if necessary due to factors beyond its control, such as safety concerns, local regulations, or unforeseen events.

3.2. Leopard Glamping reserves the right to make changes to the tour program, including accommodations, transportation, or activities, if necessary. Customers will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

4. Acceptance of Rules and Regulations

4.1. Customer acknowledge and agree to comply with all the rules and regulations set forth by the Department of Wildlife Conservation Sri Lanka.
